In the middle of a heatwave, a stray puppy was found sleeping on a curb in a residential area in St. Louis. A kind-hearted woman from Stray Rescue of St. Louis received a call about the poor dog's condition and rushed to the scene to provide help.
When she arrived, she could not locate the puppy at first but soon found him lying on the street in a pool of gutter water to cool off. The woman, Donna Lochmann, realized that the puppy urgently needed medical attention, and the sight of the malnourished and hopeless animal broke her heart.......
